Clean the Egg Machine

Fill Water into Proofer(s)

Clean the Fill Machines

Fridge Organization & Stock Check

Sweep the Front Area

Mop the Front Area

Empty All Trash Cans: Back of Store – tie bags securely and replace liners

Empty All Trash Cans: Front (next to sink) – ensure the area is clean after removal

Empty All Trash Cans: Lobby Trash (customer area) – wipe down the exterior if dirty

2:50 PM

Empty and Rinse Coffee Pot

3:00 PM

Turn off the OPEN sign

Lock all doors securely

Turn off the menu display and TV

Turn off all lights (overhead and display case)

Discard Remaining Donuts & Kolaches (Employees may each take up to two donuts home)

Take out all trash to the designated dumpster area

Rinse and dry all trays, storing them neatly

Adjust Thermostat: Winter (Heater) set to 68°F, Summer (AC) set to 72°F

Wipe the bottom of the display case

Sweep and mop the floor

Clock out in the POS system
